Training is carried out at both production sites, i.e., at Sidrabe during the FAT stage (factory acceptance testing) and at the customer’s during equipment supervision installation, adjustment and the SAT (site acceptance testing.
Sidrabe is responsible for training coordination and scheduling and submits a training plan to the customer for review and approval prior to start of the training.
The training program is intended for a certain number of operational and maintenance support personnel and covers both class-room and practical training on and off the equipment.
Our core training specialists from the R&D, software, design and production departments have hands-on experience in their areas of expertise. They help the customer to achieve the training goals to operate and maintain the equipment without assistance.
At the end of the training session the customer personnel receive a corresponding certificate.
